Shipping within the Netherlands costs ‎€ 7,45‎. From ‎€ 100,00‎ you pay nothing. We ship with PostNL, DHL or DPD; the final carrier will be announced when the shop opens. We aim to deliver within thirty days and will tell you if that is not going to happen — you can then cancel free of charge.

Yes. Every price on the site includes 21% Dutch VAT, in the cart as well. Shipping costs appear before the final checkout step, so you know the total before you pay.

You pay in advance with one of the methods shown at checkout. Your order ships as soon as the payment arrives. Exactly which methods those will be is announced when the shop opens — we would rather show nothing than a payment method that does not work yet.

You may cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and then have another fourteen days to send it back. We refund within fourteen days of your notice. Parts that have been fitted, or whose seal is broken, cannot be taken back. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived wrong or damaged.

Every item has to do what you may reasonably expect of it. If it does not, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. That statutory right is separate from any manufacturer warranty. Report it using the contact details at the bottom of the page; we respond within fourteen days.

Yes. CarO sells new parts, tyres, wheels and accessories only, and only for passenger cars and two-wheelers. No used parts, and nothing for trucks, agriculture or industry.

Enter your registration, or pick make, model and version. We translate that into your car as the parts manufacturers know it, and then show only parts that fit that version. Wheels and accessories work differently: there we search the supplier’s description for make and model. That is a strong indication, not a guarantee — always check the measurements before you order.

We use it only to look up your car. It never appears in the web address and is not kept in a log file. You can always clear the selected car yourself with the cross in the vehicle bar.

It is printed on the sidewall of your current tyre, for example 205/55 R16: the width in millimetres, the height as a percentage of that width, and the rim diameter in inches. There is no reliable route from a registration number to a tyre size, so you enter it yourself in the tyre size picker.
