The rules in short Fourteen days to change your mind after delivery, and another fourteen days to send it back. Parts that have been fitted, or whose seal is broken, cannot be taken back. You pay for the return shipment when you change your mind. If we delivered the wrong or a damaged item, we pay. We refund within fourteen days, to the account you paid with.
